'Great Comet' lidera lista com 12 indicações ao Tony Awards

SÃO PAULO, SP (FOLHAPRESS) - Conhecido como o Oscar do teatro americano, o Tony Awards anunciou nesta terça (2) os indicados para a premiação.

Com o maior número de nomeações, "Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812", uma ópera pop baseada no romance "Guerra e Paz" recebeu 12 indicações, entre elas a de melhor musical.

"Hello, Dolly!", espetáculo de grande sucesso da Broadway sobre uma viúva casamenteira, recebeu dez indicações, incluindo para as suas estrelas, Bette Midler e David Hyde Pierce.

A premiação acontece no dia 11 de junho e será apresentada por Kevin Spacey, ator que interpreta Frank Underwood na série da Netflix "House of Cards".
